Zellmer Homes is a small, family-run landlord. We own and manage a handful of residential rental properties in New Jersey.
We are not a management company and we do not take on third-party properties. Every property we rent is one we own and maintain ourselves, which means you deal directly with the owner rather than through an agent or a leasing office.
